Product description:
It’s the high temperature repairing agent consist of modified high temperature resin and high temperature curing agent,
it’s made of filling polymerization from ceramic,metal and so on, the highest temperature resistance can reach to 280℃,
used in the repairing and bonding of wear,tear, corrosion and rupture parts under high temperature working condition,
such as the repairing and bonding of steam,hot oil pipeline, the engine cylinder block, the paper dryer,
plastic molding mold,the paste of wear resistant ceramic chip under high temperature working condition.

How to use of BD737 high temperature resistant protective epoxy compound repair agent:
1.Surface treatment: Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair or needing-bonding area,
then clean it by cleaning agent.

2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=2:1 or volume ratio A:B=2:1,make A and B two components mix uniformly,
and use it up within specified operation time limit.

3.Coating::Make the mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer, the first layer should be compacted, make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
If the following procedure needs machining,should keep out appropriate machining allowance.

4.Curing:Cure for 2 hours at the temperature of 25～30 degree,then heat it up to the temperature of 80℃ and
keep this temperature for 2 hours,or cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25～30 degree before using,If the temperature is low,can heat it up or prolong the curing time to promote the curing.

Packaging specification:
Two-component,250g/set,16 sets/carton.

Transportation storage:
Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 24 months.Avoid placing it upside down,
knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
